BUDGET DEFICIT vs. BUDGET SHORTFALL

Ok here is something that really pisses me off!

When I hear politicians talking about DEFICIT SPENDING, or BUDGET DEFICIT I go crazy!

I often hear the democrats accusing the republicans of causing a BUDGET DEFICIT. And demanding that things like the bush tax cuts, are causing a BUDGET DEFICIT.

Lets look at what the world DEFICIT means.

And example in your life, is to go out and spend $1000.00 this month on bills.
When pay day came, you only got paid $700.00! Whoa!
You spent $300.00 more than you had!

You just experienced DEFICIT SPENDING!

YOU JUST HAD A BUDGET SHORTFALL!

You budgeted for $1000.00 in bills, but only got home with $700.00....

so what do you do? Borrow $300 bucks!

Next month, you have a few choices....

1. spend more than you have again
2. make more money
3. spend less money

Now in government terms...

1. Run a BUDGET DEFICIT again, and increase your DEBT
2. Tax people more
3. make BUDGET CUTS.

George Bush gave people for example, a TAX CUT... took less of THEIR money.
The Democrats, instead of making BUDGET CUTS
to compensate for the BUDGET SHORTFALL
Said those TAX CUTS were creating a BUDGET DEFICIT and demonized
something that normally would be a good thing...
LETTING PEOPLE KEEP THEIR MONEY

Instead of cutting the budget, and spending less
they just continued to spend the same amount the ALWAYS PLANNED TO.
Were not cutting any programs. Were still going to spend the money.
EVEN THOUGH WE DONT HAVE THE MONEY.

Its YOUR fault, that you didn't send in enough TAXES that we are experiencing this
BUDGET DEFICIT

And because of you GREEDY PEOPLE KEEPING YOUR MONEY

We have to RAISE OUR DEBT LIMIT and BORROW the money we require to
meet the demands of the budget WE DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY FOR!!!

TAX CUTS are not bad things.
TAX CUTS do not cause BUDGET DEFICITS.
OUT OF CONTROL SPENDING CAUSES BUDGET DEFICITS!

When you have a BUDGET SHORTFALL
YOU CUT SPENDING.
You DO NOT continue to use the planned budget and BORROW MONEY to
compensate for your BUDGET DEFICIT.

And our congress has now been operating
FOR 3 YEARS WITHOUT A BUDGET!!!!!

RAISING THE DEBT LIMIT OVER AND OVER
SPENDING MONEY THEY DONT HAVE

PTSOD - THE WHITE MALADY

I am so sick of being called a racist. I disagree with a black and I'm racist. I disagree with the president, its because he's black. It is happening so often these days maybe I should give up? If your going to use it as an excuse for everything, then I think maybe being black should qualify as a disability.

It is apparently such a problem that black people cannot do anything successfully because their skin color is handicapping them. So maybe the malady of black skin should be classified a syndrome and be treated like a disease and eradicated like any other debilitating condition?

Therefore, Michael Jackson should be hailed as a hero and noted in the history books as a pioneer in skin bleaching and his accomplishments credited to ending the curse of his black skin. Maybe he should get a nobel peace prize?

In conclusion i can only resolve that due to the overwhelming evidence presented by black leadership that the only path to success for the black race is the rapid fading of their skin towards a whiter shade and a global effort should be initiated to prevent any environmental exposure to skin darkening risk factors. This will require global cooling and lower levels of harmful ultraviolet rays from the sun.
